At DXH NAIL STUDIO, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our returns and refunds policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Any items returned that do not meet these conditions may be denied or sent back to the customer.

Include your order number and reason for the return in your message.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used nail products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you promptly.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
