At DXH NAIL STUDIO, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Premium Shipping

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (local time) with Premium Shipping will be shipped the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s estimated transit times. DXH NAIL STUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

DXH NAIL STUDIO is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. Refunds or replacements will only be considered once the carrier has completed its investigation and approved the claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout. DXH NAIL STUDIO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
